This question that why Iran has taken different security policy in countries like Syria, Iraq and Yemen, is one of the most important questions in this field. In the form of Western and Materialistic theories and concepts, in response to this question, many explanations have been proposed that based on concepts such as military deterrence, pre-emptive attack, preventive action and offensive realism.
