Occipital lymph node metastasis from nasopharyngeal carcinoma: a special case report and literature review

Abstract Cervical lymph node metastasis is common in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), but occipital lymph node metastasis in NPC patients has not yet been reported.
