Background: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), as the most common endocrine disorder among reproductive- aged women may lead to psychological morbidity. Objectives: The present study set out to evaluate the severity of depression in PCOS and non-PCOS women and to evaluate correlation between depression score with body mass index, HOMA-IR, and testosterone level in every group (PCOS and non-PCOS women) in Yazd province.
