The article considers the impact of Finnish on the vocabulary of Finland Swedish. In the course of research we studied 748 words from the dictionary of modern Fenno-Swedish Finlandssvensk ordbok (2010), which includes about 2550 entry words in total. It is possible to distinguish seven patterns of Finnish lexical influence: calquing of Finnish composites (they amount to 64%), semantic borrowing (16%), introduction of loan-words with morphophonemic adaptation (2,3%), introduction of those without any adaptation (6,9%), conservation of archaic words (2,8%), and borrowing of word-formation patterns (4,8%).
