The aim – to determine the incidence of the «no-reflow» phenomenon (NRP) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with ST elevation myocardial infarction and to investigate clinical, anamnestic and angiographic risk factors associated with development of NRP. Materials and methods. 105 patients with ST elevation myocardial infarction, reported between January 2014 and September 2017, were studied.
