Promocja poprawy efektywności energetycznej w sektorze małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw

The study presents and analyses an innovative National Fund Program representing the combination of a priority National Fund of Environment Protection and Water Management program entitled “Energy efficiency improvement. Part 4) Energy efficiency investments in small and medium enterprises” and a new financing instrument of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development entitled “The Program for Sustainable Energy Financing for SME II”. Its purpose is to assess the importance of the NF Program in terms of stimulating energy efficient investments in SME sector in the years to come. The following criteria were considered in the assessment: model selection of complex institutional structure of the Program, the method for selecting beneficiaries and projects for the Program, the method of aid redistribution for small and medium enterprises, as well as aid type and intensity. The article is primarily of application nature. It was prepared based on critical analysis of the legislation in force regarding climate policy and also the financial and institutional framework of NF Program
