Food security level is estimated by the indexes of consumption of the main microelements, first of all protein. Modern world developments and current social economic problems lead to the food shortage increase. A steady demand is forming for the low-cost and high-quality alternative to meat protein in the conditions of price skyrocketing for the products of animal origin.
