Background/Aims: Cardiac fibrosis is a major cause of diverse cardiovascular diseases. MicroRNAs have recently been proven a novel class of regulators of cardiac fibrosis. Methods: The transverse aortic constriction (TAC) mice model was induced and neonatal cardiac fibroblasts (CFs) were cultured.
