Polyphenolic compounds of plant origin are of growing interest in cancer prevention and treatment especially because of their antioxidant potential contributing anticarcinogenic and antimutagenic effects. The diversity of Turkeys’ flora is remarkable for the development of new nutraceuticals or pharmaceuticals.
