Background. Disorders of hemostasis in patients with arterial hypertension and diabetes mellitus type 2 are complex: growing aggregative activity of platelets and red blood cells, activation and degranulation of platelet antiaggregatory potential endothelium; reduced anticoagulant and fibrinolytic activity of blood.
