The aim of this research is to determine the levels of job satisfaction, life quality and affecting factors in public health assistants who work in Turkey. Our study is a cross-sectional survey conducted between March and August 2016 with 126 assistant doctors throughout Turkey. The Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale and the Short-Form Quality of Life Scale were used in the questionnaire. Kruskal-Wallis and Mann Whitney-U, Student-t test and ANOVA tests were used for statistical analysis. The level of p0.05).
