The nonlinearity of the power resistance and the irreversibility of deformation of concrete under alternating loading will inevitably cause significant uncompensated hysteresis energy losses. The extent of these losses depends on the level of loading-unloading. In industrial or transport and communication purposes buildings, these losses account for a significant portion of the total technological energy consumption and cost of enterprise products. It actualizes the problem of quantifying such losses. The article based on the above characteristics of the force of resistance an analytical method for quantitative estimation of these losses and illustrative example that confirms the prospects of the practical use made of developments
