The Forest Sector in the Russian Far East: The Influence of Foreign Markets and Internal Policy

The problems of the development of the Russian Far East’s forest sector as part of the all-Russian forest sector and Northeast Asia’s forest sector are studied. Basic trends and competitors in NEA timber markets are indicated, primarily of countries – main importers of the Russian Far East’s timber products.
