Carbon emissions caused by human activities are closely linked to the process of urbanization, urban land use and traffic system are two important factors that may influence it. On the basis of clarifying the space structure of low-carbon eco-city, this paper constructing an evaluation system of urban carbon emission from four dimensions: construction land compact, traffic carbon emission potential, road network accessibility, and public transportation accessibility.
