Goal: The current study aimed to develop strategies to improve knowledge sharing on online scientific social networks by identifying incentives and disincentives factors that effects on willing to share knowledge In these networks as an example of virtual communities in order to maintain the vitality of networks and doing research faster and easier. Methodology: The applied Research was used to collect data and it's method is cluster sampling. The study population consisted of Shiraz university and Persian Gulf university faculties.
