Synthesis of a series of new cannabinoid receptor ligands obtained from the conjugation of 1,2-dihydro-2-oxo-pyridine-3-carboxamides portion of A or B with the anomeric or C(6) position of monosaccharide units (D-Gluco, D-galacto and GlcNAc). The new compounds were designed with the aim to increase hydrophilicity and activity of multitarget compounds A and of CB2R positive modulators B. The new compounds will be tested for their biocompatibility and biologically properties
