SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: AN ELEMENT OF ACADEMIC TRAINING IN UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

This article develops an inductive perspective from epistemological theoretical look to see the beginnings of social responsibility, then it generates a reflection on the impact of the social responsibility of the university with the actors of change and ultimately displays the current guidelines apply administrative management strategies for strengthening organizational change. Thus, as the subject appropriates a series of conjectures about social responsibility in the professional field of education and management in organizational change.
