Intestinal Pseudo-Obstruction as an Initial Manifestation of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Intestinal pseudo-obstruction (IPO) is an uncommon, severe complication that occurs in a small subgroup of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
