INTRODUCTION: Although recent advances in noninvasive imaging, cerebral angiography is still gold standard for diagnosis and treatment of patients with cerebrovascular disease. The aim of this study was to documented of digital substraction angiography (DSA) results in patient with ischemic stroke and TIA. METHODS: These data were collected from our electronic hospital information system and/or our department's local archive data. Patients' ages, sex, sheath entry points, used catheters, aortic arch types, anterior and posterior circulatory abnormalities, and procedural complications were recorded.
