Accumulating evidence progressively indicated that microRNAs (miRNAs) play a significant role in the pathogenesis of diseases through many experimental studies; therefore, developing powerful computational models to identify potential human miRNA–disease associations is vital for an understanding of the disease etiology and pathogenesis.
