The instability of soils due to the swelling phenomenon is among others at the origin of enormous damages in civil engineering works, such the deformations, the cracking, the tear- ing, the wear of the rotation surface and the destruction of the foundations observed at the infrastructures level (housing, socio-community centers, covered road or not).
