The process of accelerated learning is differ than the traditional process: the teacher (mentor - a teacher, lecturer, instructor) not only teaches but organizes the educational process in which the student has to learn himself, teaching the same acts as the management of a specific process. Exploring the principles, approaches, continuing education and pedagogical way accelerated learning techniques, the authors argue: by what kind of creative and imaginative facilities teacher will create the conditions, mechanisms for the learning process where the student learns and acts professionally, actively masters of experimental and innovative educational activities at the university
