Add to ORKGThe article addresses main theses and features of Internet-broadcasting genres' division as new field of mass media. TV-product quality is defined, this product being developed in new technological environment, a clear and detailed difference between internet-television and IPTV is given, as well as various existing interactive television definitions. An emphasis is made on analysis of current Internet-TV content distribution according to categories and genres (Internet, IPTV, the difference between them is showed).
