The Purpose of this research was to study the relation between class evaluations in two models of mechanistic and organic by teacher with students performance. Research method was descriptive correlative. To collect data, two self-made questionnaires that their validity were confirmed by experts, were calculated at 0.88 for teachers, and 0.85 for students. Students grade point averages were used as academic performance, and students class average as teacher performance. Statistical population included 2727 teachers and 49654 students in Isfahan six academic districts.
