A new step in the struggle against AIDS in Chile. Building global politics of prevention. Chile, country relatively little affected by the HIV (prevalence rate in 0,3 %) is sharp in the fight against the disease. Nevertheless real problems remain to realize the necessary qualitative jump to reach the goal three zeros of UNAIDS. Obstacles to the prevention remain substantial within the populations and quite particularly among the persons who not a priori considere themself as being in situation of risk.
