The present study, is a practical research, aimed to examine the effect of the social media usage among insurance companies, agents and clients (insured)’ interactions. The population consisted of three levels included Iran Central Insurance Co. s’ managements, agents and Iran insurance Co. clients in Guilan. The sample size was calculated 32, 138 and 414 individuals in the three aforementioned levels by Cochran Formula at 0.5 level (error of 5%), respectively.
