It is now recognized by researchers and consumers that there is a good match between camel meat and their preferences for lower risk and more healthy products (Kadim et al., 2014). Camel meat is an excellent source of protein with many medicinal benefits for human health. The culinary and cooking practices as well as the palate form eat in several countries have been evolved to prefer camel meat to other meat animal species due to health benefits.
