Social media represent an opportunity for hospitals that want to develop their corporate communication and create a solid brand, which helps them to establish relationships of trust with different stakeholders. This paper aims to understand the impact of these tools in the communication made by the best US hospitals. To do this, a literature review was carried out as well as a quantitative analysis about the presence of US hospitals in eight social media.
