Adrenal incidentalomas are serendipitously discovered by radiologic examination. Whether malignant mass and hormonal activity are two basic questions that need to be explained. Obtained radiological imaging features are very important and they are also guiding for diagnosis. Diagnostic biopsy of the lesion can be done but not used in routine. Although the majority of lesions in terms of hormonal activity are nonfunctional, patients can have different signs and symptoms.
