Organophosphate Poisoning and Cholinesterase Level: Case Report

Female patient forty four years old presented in the emergency department due to suicidal attempt with organophosphorous poisoning. The patient admitted to ICU and treated with atropine and obidoxim for two weeks. The patient improved clinically and discharged in a very good general condition but the ACH level does remain low.
