Introduction: One of the managers’ characteristics that lead to the success of the modern organizations is managers’ intelligence. The intelligence that enable managers to make strategic decisions in these organizations is spiritual intelligence. Another characteristic of managers that lead to the success of the organizations is how to apply the effective leadership styles.
