This article questions how the writing conditions may help the transmission of a clinical experience process. Through the analysis of the evolution of our own writing over time, we examined what could be the vector of this transmission in our recent texts, in opposition to our former texts. From our analysis it appears important that this type of writing should not put the reader in a sole place. It seems that when the author reveals, from his enunciations, his different positions related to the reported situation, the reader is encouraged to go through a variety of identifying movements in relation to the different speakers encountered through the text.
