The purpose of this paper is to compare the relationship between workplace incivility, self-efficacy, and employees' turnover intentions based on gender in Indonesian work settings. The mediating roles of self-efficacy on the relationships between workplace incivility and turnover intention were also investigated. Data were collected randomly from 300 employees at various companies in Jakarta via the self-assessment questionnaires and, thereafter, partial least square multi-group analysis (PLS-MGA) was performed to analyze the data.
