Abstract One type of vision and division of Human Rights, is a generation's attitude to human rights. In this approach, three generations of human rights recognized are: 1. The first generation of the root and foundation of the concept of "freedom" is. 2. Second-generation concepts that generationalize and the concept of "equality" is. 3. The third generation of the root and it was based on the concept of brotherhood, and is based on a humanistic approach and this attitude is less compatible with Islam.
