Faktor Pendorong Keberhasilan Wanita Pedesaan dalam Berwirausaha

The rapid development of entrepreneurship can be one of the alternative careers for women in rural areas to be able to earn an income for yourself. Culturally the communities still considered weird or taboo if a woman became an entrepreneur. The real fact is currently showing different things, a lot of women in rural areas who managed to become independent entrepreneur, even became the backbone of the family. This study raised the phenomenon dimasyarakat with different assumptions above, thus nowadays a lot of women become successful rural entrepreneurship. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze factors that affect women in the countryside in taking the decision to become an entrepreneur. The conclusion that can be drawn showing the existence of internal and external factors that encourage rural women to become an entrepreneur. The drive to improve the necessities of life, a career with flexible time, fill your leisure with productive is the driving force of rural women entrepreneurship. The results of this research can be used as a reference to be able to push an increasing number of entrepreneur women in Indonesia, especially in rural areas, is also can motivate women to become an entrepreneur
