Changes which lived Algeria –social transformations, economic reforms and safety crisis- had made it in a situation of social precarious. A situation which provides journalists with worthwhile subjects. Indeed, if the social informers are the clues of any valuation of the living standards and of the development, social subjects has not to play a second rate only but to constitute a favourite topic in the media diary. Thus, social matters will leave the closed space, dropout and private to take a new space, wide, visible and heavy : the public space.
