The Balkan countries, which are surrounded by the European Union, Russia andTurkey, lead to competition through their strategic advantage in the energy trade. On the other hand, the growing economies of the Balkan countries have increased their energy needs. Owing to this increase, dependent-energy are as becomes an emerging energy market.
