Experiment on neutron reflectometry is modeled during the study of the structural organization of fullerence nanoparticles in a thin film of a polymer nanocomposite. Several physically based models of structural organiza-tion of the nanoparticles in polymer matrix are considered – in particular the uniform distribution, dense sub-strate layer, a layer on the surface of a polymer. The calculations show that it is possible to apply neutron reflec-tometry for clarifying the structural organization of nanoparticles in the nanocomposites with the mass concen-tration of fullerenes exceeding 1 %
