The mining industry has been involved in a series of changes of the fiscal, administrative and monetary policies, implemented as part of economic restructuring in most countries of the world, implicitly in Europe. With the development of capitalism, the state mining industry underwent significant transformations, either economically or technologically, but also socially and communityly. In the developing countries of Europe, the disappearance of state monopolies as a consequence of the globalization process has opened the path to a competitive mining industry.
