Objectives: Psychological needs and health of students are of particular importance. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the relationship between general health and emotional intelligence among students in Yazd University of Medical Sciences. Methods: In this descriptive-correlational study, 220 students were randomly selected from different fields. Goldberg General Health Questionnaire and Bar-On Emotional Quotient Inventory were used to collect data. Pearson’s correlation coefficient, regression analysis, and independent t-test were used to analyze the data.
