The article deals with new night clubs in France and Italy around the mid-1960s. From the Golf Drouot in Paris to the Piper Pluriclub in Turin, they were all influenced by the new Anglo-Saxon musical, fashion and cultural trends, and designed in cooperation with the new Radical Architects, and the Kinetic, Pop and ‘Arte Povera’ artists.
