To reach the challenges of the energy transition, a new constructive model was developed, setting goals of energy efficiency of buildings. Based on an empirical approach of "stories" of construction and retrofit on existing buildings, this paper examines the impact of the "energy performance" on professions and teams. It characterizes the constructive model of energy performance that redefines the role and skills in the sector. The environmental injunction transforms the building organization. New professions emerge that suppose skills with a more comprehensive and larger approach involving new forms of coordination
