Renal involvement in psoriasis is usually seen as mesangioproliferative glomerulonephritis (GN), IgA nephropathy, and focal segmental glomerulosclerosis. Microscopic hematuria is not uncommon in a patient of psoriasis with above-mentioned disorders.
