The forthright purpose of this communication is to inspect the flow of magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) stratified micropolar bioconvective fluid containing nanoparticles and gyrotactic microorganism. The phenomenon of thermal radiation and Joule heating has also been incorporated. In order to stabilize the suspended nanoparticles, bioconvection which is established by the combined effects of magnetic field and buoyancy force is implemented. A system of PDEs is converted into the ODEs by invoking the appropriate similarity transformation and the transformed equations are then solved by the well known shooting technique.
