Aim of the work: To evaluate health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in primary knee osteoarthritis (KOA) patients using the osteoarthritis knee hip quality of life (OAKHQoL) questionnaire and study its relation to clinical and radiographic parameters. Patients and methods: One hundred patients with primary KOA were studied. Knee radiography was evaluated using Kellgren Lawrence (K-L) score and the OAKHQoL questionnaire assessed. Results: The patients were 75 females and 25 males; F:M 3:1.
