Generalized bullous fixed drug eruption is bullous type of fixed drug eruption characterized by sharply defined bullae at the same site following administration of offending drug. GBFDE has aggressive course unlike conventional FDE and requires aggressive treatment. Mucosa is usually spared and constitutional symptoms are mild.
