Background: Personal and organizational characteristics play an important role in nurses' performance quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the structural equation modeling in the relationship of self-acceptance, role overload, and organizational justice with burnout among woman nurses. Methods: This correlational study was conducted over all nurses working in Ahvaz hospitals. The sample consisted of 300 people selected by multi-stage sampling method. Expression measurements included the Burnout Questionnaire, Unconditional Self-Acceptance Questionnaire, Overload Role Scale, and Organizational Justice Scale.
