Public transport is a very important factor for the development and competitiveness of any city. The objective of this article is to quantitatively analyze the perceptions of public transport users in the City of Chihuahua, Mexico during a study of safe mobility carried out in 2015, considering two geographic areas with high criminal incidence. For the study those variables where differences and similarities between men and women could be established were chosen, dividing the analysis into three groups: those related to the access route to transport, those related to the period of the trip and the third group with other variables also of importance.
