To address urgent problems in the aircraft industry, a common regulatory framework is advantageous. It can be created as part of the system of corporate aviation standards. Corporate standardization would shift all aircraft engineering enterprises from use of the former USSR industrial standards to own system of standards, codes of common practice, and other regulatory documents. The system may include using international, regional, national standards and the standards of NATO. The standardization activities should be organized and managed by the head organization for corporate standardization.
