The article discusses the issues of sharing economy and the examples of the trend on the tourist market.This relatively new trend has resulted in significant number of projects whose essence is the intermediary in the exchange of goods and services between consumers. In particular, this applies to services such as accommodation, catering, transport and guiding. The dynamic development of these projects on the tourist market carries a number of problems related to the necessity of appropriate legal regulations. Regardless of these problems, projections of earnings from operations of sharing economy are extremely promising
